Car looks very good as of now hope it stays this way in near future. The only thing that stopped me from giving them a 10 was that they told me when new bumper was put on they would not put back my front plate holder as I had requested. However when I picked it up they had drilled holes in new bumper and replaced the plate holder that I did not want put on car.

The front office people were very courteous and respectfully, also they could not have apologized enough for the mistake that was made with the front bumper.

If you can't make a new vehicle look like a new vehicle it should be totaled and you need to look at the vehicles better there is alot of stuff your guys should have caught

A new vehicle should look like a new vehicle or it should be totaled and they need to go over th3 vehicle better before giving it back to them after taking it back the second time there are still a few chips small dent in door scratch on the roof and lr door molding dented
