Overall very good; the person at the front desk had originally told me she would call about the rental. I called a few days before our appointment because I had not heard from the rental company. The person at the desk had not called but did so immediately and arrangement were finalized within an hour

They picked up the car from to us. That is awesome. The only thing that could’ve been better is if the car return guy had taken a moment to give it a better update.
