My repair paint does not match the original paint of my car.

The ladies in the front office were extremely rude. They were not friendly and didn’t seem to care about the impression left on customers. You walk into the office and they don’t even greet you. Even answering the phone wasn’t a friendly encounter. I wanted to cancel my appointment but knew other shops were just as backed up. There is a younger lady and an older lady. The older lady ended up being nice the day I picked up my car, but maybe because it was end of day Friday and she was going home. I think she hates her job, it shouldn’t reflect on customers though. The younger lady won’t even turn around at the desk when you come in the front office. Any of the guys that work in the actual auto body shop and draw up estimates were all very friendly though.
