I was rear ended a few weeks ago. My vehicle was dropped off to this location. When I picked up the vehicle, the rear end was bulging out on both sides. The back end parts were not flush or connected to the vehicle as it should be. It appeared as though noone did a final evaluation on the vehicle before I came to pick it up. Nonetheless, I had already dropped off my rental car and had to go to work in my vehicle. It was driveable. I was told they placed after market products on the rear end. They would then have to send pictures to the insurance company for more money. This was so they could order the appropriate parts to attach the rear bumper correctly. I was told they would order the part, paint it, then have me bring the car back for repair correction. I have not heard back from them as of yet.
