I had a great experience with Ray Hyde Body Shop . The staff was friendly professional and provided excellent customer service. Communication was good and they even delivered my car to my workplace. Six weeks ago, Ray Hyde replaced my windshield and they had the Toyota certified rep to recalibrate my electronics so my cameras would work properly. I had planned to make an appointment at Toyota to have that done. Great surprise and saved this nurse an extra day! I recently had my first claim with Progressive regarding a deer incident. My agent Casey Boone sent me a claim number within two hours the next day. Ray Hyde acted quickly with my insurance adjustor to order parts, Dylan at Enterprise car rental on Sterx accommodated me to and from location for convenience. The staff at Ray Hyde did an awesome job in communicating with me updates and the vehicle repair looks amazing! I rate their work a “15.” Oh, so the scale is only 1-10; I rate them a double “10.” Very satisfied and appreciative customer!
