When this accident happened and I spoke with the insurance company, I requested to return to this repair facility due to my first excellent visit. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them a score of 15 due to the communications, updates and notices that I received from them without having to call them to check on status.

I have not picked my truck up...when I went to get it today it was still a mess! Steering had not been repaired, traction control not checked because warning light was still on, wheel cover not replaced...not pleased at all. All this after almost a week after repairs were promised!

Not ready when promised...was not complete when we picked it up. Was still not drive able. Left vehicle with 3/4 tank of fuel...empty when we picked up
