It appears that Ray Hyde does not have the properPainting & drying room as needed to do the perfect job, I gathered this information from him (RAY HYDE) during our converstion he stated "We don't have the proper shop for your car to look brand new", I stated, " I don't expect it to look brand new, however, I do expect it to perfect", meaning smooth paint, no waves, swirls, or stratches in my new paint job. So, therefore, no, I will NOT recommended anyone to Ray Hyde. No one should have to go thru what I did.

Poor Quality in work, not satisified at all. My new paint job had stratches & swirls in it (hood, front left fender, & driver side door). There was a big noticable gap between the headlight and front left fender. I can hear air/wind coming thru the driver side door. The radiator was not mounted back in it's correct position. I also was given different times of when my vehicle should be ready. All of theses issues are MAJOR to ME. Customers should not have to return there vehicle if the body shop has had it for a month. I returned my vehicle, I pray that they will correct every issue.
