The work they did on my car was amazing. They even cleaned the inside of my car! I loved the work they did and the text updates. The customer service over the phone was great, but the customer service inside needs help.

For start I noticed my key had been broken an it wasn't when they received it an it did not get damaged at the time of the accident. Y he part that pops the trunk is pushed in where u here clicking noise coming from it n the trunk don't open on the first push. The front bumper sides has gaps in them n is mot push all the way up n in correctly. Not satisfied to say I have a broken key that the front desk woman had the nerve to say oh its wear n tear damage ok if it is my second key is just as old n it ain't broke. I want my key replaced n I don't want it filed on my insurance.

The entire staff was excellent with taking my car in. Mr Hyde was very professional and interested in rendering service. The body work was sensational. A staff member kept me informed with the progress being made on my vehicle. My car was also done in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend RAY HYDE to another customer.
