Had an out of town appointment Friday called 8 am for status update was told someone will call back. Called again @ 9 am looking for status update was told will call me back. Called at 10.15 was told someone will call back. At which time I was upset. But finally got a status update. Customer service could be better

Peeling paint down windshield not fixed. Was mentioned during estimate. Upon pickup my husband was told that they couldn't fix it without taking the windshield out. I would have appreciated a call to discuss options before pickup.
