The repair shop was paid by myself and the insurance company. When it was brought to my attention I’m currently waiting on my refund from Ray Hyde. Refund expected 1-28-26. I called 1-30-26 in to reguards to the refund and they said they did a credit refund. The bank has no report of it. As of today 2-02-26. The lady I spoke to on the 30th was supposed to call me right back after speaking to management. As of now no response!! I need my money back! Just like the guy told me before I left with the car “Ma’am I can’t let you leave without payment”. I have been patiently waiting and with enough problems this has created I need my money back and will be coming back to the shop and will not leave until I get my money back (just as I was told before I left) Give me a call!!
