Lack of communication from repair center and it took 3 months to get my car. I found out later from another dealership that they actually had to complete the repairs of my car!

I was told that the vehicle would be under cover if it rained. The driver’s door had a four inch gap. I found the vehicle left on the lot over the weekend with rain forecasted. I complained Monday morning and was told that the vehicle would be put undercover if it rained. I did not have any confidence that the driver’s seat and dashboard would be protected from the elements when this business is closed on weekends and at night. The length of repair time was about double what was initially estimated. No advertised loaner was available until questioning phone calls were made asking a status about the extended repair time. No status calls were made to us until we started calling for updates. When the vehicle was returned the left rear door had a weather seal hanging loose, not fully attached and a UPC sticker was found on the driver’s rear view mirror.
