When I took my car in, it was Eric‘s first day on the job and he jumped in and took care of everything. I did have to go back because I thought it was paint on my tire and it was not. It was the tire foam that they used to clean it but again he was right on that as well Now, if I could only get progressive to be as expedited and customer service oriented as Ray Skillman, that would be fantastic, but thank you, Eric. I greatly appreciate you.
