The rear bumper wrap was damaged from the accident. The final report you had it listed as "prior damage" even though we discussed it on the initial inspection when I left it with you. Also, I told you at the initial inspection of damage that as a result of the accident three warning lights came on. The engine light, the ABS light and the tracking system light. I was told at that time that they would be taken care of but the are still on. I feel like you said one thing during the initial inspection of the damage and without even discussing it with me you changed things. In my opinion the job was not completed and you gave the car back to me without any discussion of the things you changed from my initial explanation of the damage.

There was paint splatter on the front windshield that wouldn’t come off easily. Next time I hope they are more careful
