I chose this shop based on my impressions of the Skillman Automotive Group as being a major business throughout the Indianapolis area. The appearance of this shop is 5 Star, very modern and very clean. The staff were very professional, friendly and accommodating. My expectations were exceeded in every way. Great communication while the job was being done. Very thorough inspection of the car before we left it to be repaired and when the car was returned it look like it did when it was brand new. Everyone that helped us was very professional and took their time.
