Ray Skillman collision center east has been in business on the east side of Indianapolis since 2001.Our goal is to provide high quality repairs on a timely basis. We provide a lifetime warranty on all workmen ship repairs. We are open Monday-Friday 7.30am-6.00pm to pick up and drop offs. We write estimates Monday-Friday 8.00am to 5:30pm and also if you need us to call the insurance company for you we will be happy to call and talk with them about starting your claim.

Body work was great,sending my wife out with no tail or brake lights was unacceptable.Forgetting to put the bulbs back in tail lights after be hit in the rearend , scared my wife to death. When called about it was treated. Very rudely.not something we expected,as we have used your shop in the past.also forgot to reset computer for rear camera,so when they told us it was inspected and ready for pickup it was not much of an inspection.coming from a truck driver of 45 yrs you might want to learn what an inspection is!

Due to a mishap with a run away steel cart, in your parking lot. After repairing my car and waiting to go inside , for final inspections. I was called from Jason, that another new front bumper will need to be replaced and painted. This added another 7 more days to my repaired! But all of the final repair work was done very well. A nice job,

I think Kia owes me I have had my car stolen 2times only seeing my driveway for 6 days between. I have paid 1000 dollars in deductibles I will not trust buying another. Service was good .So What who cares if I can’t trust it will be drivable tomorrow.

I'm also not impressed with the completed work. I wasn't provided a walk around with a staff member when I picked up my car and it wasn't until later someone else told me a staff member from Skillman should have walked me around the vehicle and explained the repairs. The work completed isn't to my satisfaction. But I already paid my deductible and they got paid from my insurance company, so no one will care.
