I loved it the experience was very nice, Employees are very professional, kind, pleasant. The car came out perfect! The attention in detail, runs great! and it was even cleaned. It was like brand new like if the accident didn't happened. I loved everything and would definitely travel to his shop for any repairs for my vehicle 😊

Repair time, lack of communication, and quality of repair were subpar. I highly doubt I will ever use this service again and certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

There was still some visible damage to the inside of the driver's door handle. Additionally, there is a small plastic piece on the gear shift that was never replaced so there is a small hole in the console. It also took 45 days to repair my car, forcing me to pay 15 extra days past insurance would pay for a rental car. I also barely received any updates in over 6 weeks, and I didn't find out my car was ready for pick up until I called in to ask why my car was taking so long and what was going on. I would not recommend this place to anyone or go again. Customer service is polite and pleasant, but not worth all these other issues.

While customer service was always polite, they rarely contacted me with updates, took 45 days to repair my vehicle, which is the longest, by far, that a repair has ever taken on any vehicle I had, and no one even called me to inform me my car was ready for pick up - I found out because I called in to ask why it was taking 45+ days. Overall poor experience. Would not recommend or use services again.
