I was so impressed with your wonderful staff, Kristy, Jacob and the strawberry blonde young lady at the front. All of you were so exceptional with your friendliness, kindness and professionalism. That should not be rare but it is in today's world. A special thank you to Jacob, who made my shuttle back and forth to Enterprise, so pleasant. Jacob is an outstanding young man.

The key word is completely. I was pleased with them getting me a loaner vehicle after they told me it was going to be done on Thursday and it wasn’t. I understand that the paint on the bumper doesn’t match my car. Just wish I would’ve been told that in advance. I was told some scrapes on my back bumper would be touched up by hand when my paint was mixed. It wasn’t. The staff were friendly and I am satisfied just not completely
