Scotty and his team do a great job. He communicates, deals with insurance, and picks you up and drops you off at the rental car place, from work or your home (within reason, I'm sure), and is very pleasant to work with. Love Rays!

Was told car was ready but they will have to order additional parts. I informed them when I dropped it off that the part they didn’t fix would probably have to be replaced but they didn’t so now I will have to take my vehicle back for repairs once the part comes in.
