When we arrived we were asked if we’d like the car washed? When we went to see the repair on the bumper, the car was dusty and we had them wash it down in order to see the bumper repair. The bumper has a warp and a scuff. When the worker walked with us to look at the repair ,we told him about the scuff and the warp on the bumper. The worker walked away inattentive about our concerns.
