Since working with R.B. Paint & Body since October 2023, I wish the communication was so much better & the front desk staff was a little more welcoming. I felt belittled & pushed to the side as a customer. As someone who has worked customer service since I was 17 years old, I hope I never made anyone feel as frustrated as they did to me. Jose, the last person to help me was COMPLETELY AMAZING! I appreciate the full commitment & communication from his end.
