The shop owner and the employees were all very kind, efficient and returned our phone calls. My son is active duty at Fort Riley and his car was the one in the accident. I had my 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500 repaired at RC Auto Body in Manhattan, KS. They handled the insurance claim from start to finish, the estimate was accurate, and the work was done on time. Vehicle was returned with the left headlight inop. The tire that was replaced is imbalanced (BAD vibration above 70). Front air deflector was NOT replaced (it's missing). Vehicle runs almost 20° hotter now (it was a solid 178-183°; now it regularly hits 198°. Horn low tone doesn't work (not plugged in? Missed wiring damage?). Radio wasn't repaired (sounds like the insurance adjuster didn't add this to the claim? It stopped working after the impact.)
