Auto body repair is what i grew up doing, from about 12 years old to up into my 30's. So, putting trust in some one else to repair my car was a major step for me. This was the first time i had body work done by someone that was not me. RC Auto Body proved to me that they do quality work, and i can be comfortable leaving my body repair needs in their hands.

This was my first time needing to have an auto repair so had no understanding of the procedure. A basic explanation was provided in first visit at time of estimation but none after dropping vehicle off. I was given a projected time of 3 possibly 4 days when I dropped it off for the repair. I waited for call and then I called in fourth day, still not done. Long story short, it was 2 1/2 weeks with me being the one reaching out to them. Over all it was a learning experience for me. I believe costumer service could've been better when it passed the 3 to 4 day that was given. The 8 is given because they were always polite and courteous through my personal learning experience.

RC Autu Body is by far the bessssssttttttt repair shop in Manhattan, KS. I will not go anywhere else. Very courteous, timely and informative service. RC has completed 3 jobs for me and I give them a thousand stars for each one. Love Love Love this company. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!
