Took longer than what they originally estimated. When I called to get status update I called and was told they needed to talk to the tech. Never called me back. Called back again the next day and was told they had most things complete and should be done by Friday. I called back on Friday and talked to another person and was told they still a lot of work to do and it would be sometime the next week. Need a better system to keep track of progress of repair.

RC Autobody did a great job and was very friendly and courteous to deal with. My only surprise was when I went to gas up my car, and found that they had not removed the painter's tape from inside the gas cap door. That was no big deal though, as it only took me maybe 30 seconds to remove it.

RUSS IS AMAZING AND SO IS THE SHOP STAFF THEY DO AMAZING WORK AND MY CAR IS LIKE IT WAS NEVER IN AN ACCIDENT. THEY KEPT ME IN THE LOOP AND WAS ALWAYS FRIENDLY WHEN I CALLED TO CHECK ON THINGS.
