Excellent experience from start to finish. I brought my car in for a rear end damage repair. Without an appointment, I was greeted by Larry and Carl who looked over my NJM estimate and proceeded to inspect my vehicle, take pictures, and even pushed a part of my back bumper in so it looked better. I was told it could take quite a few weeks to get parts because of the supply issues, but to my surprise, I got a call within 3 weeks that I was scheduled for repair. My car was fixed in one day. My car was expertly repaired and looks brand new, they even washed it and cleaned the inside! Great job, fast, friendly service, excellent communication (frequent updates from Michelle) and great experience picking it up and completing the insurance paperwork (again thanks, Michelle). I highly recommend R&C.
