Small scratch was supposed to be repaired besides major damage of my car,which has also been agreed by the owner of the R & C auto in good tone. But when car was done, we find that small scratch has not been fixed. So when we talked with the owner, his TONE was totally arrogant and harsh. If has let us know before, we might gone to other honest person.Will never recommend to others.

They are not professional at all. We show them the small scratch from the accident to be fixed. While initial for getting business their tone was so pleasant and when the car was done, we show them that scratch has not been fixed. His tone came out so rude and arrogant. It’s totally unacceptable that NJM insurance has approved unprofessional Autobody shop.will change the insurance company soon.

From start to finish, the guys at R&C were really kind and they were excellent at communicating with me about the status of my repairs. They also went above and beyond by touching up a big scratch that had nothing to do with the reason I was there. I absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of body repairs.

They fix incomplete, one spot is crack and missing paint looks horrible, I don't satisfied with this fix and also charge a lot of money.
