Everyone was nice, once I was able to get in (it seemed like a pretty long wait to get an appointment), everything seemed to go pretty quickly and smoothly. I think my only complaint is I was told that my rental car can be picked up from the shop (this was Friday) but then it stayed there until Monday afternoon causing me to be charged for those additional days. I could have just dropped the car off Friday before going to the shop if I knew this was going to be the case.

Jacob was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and maintained excellent communication and customer service throughout the whole process. When the insurance company attempted to stall the process, he advocated on my behalf! The whole experience at Red Noland Collision Center was great! Penny at the front desk is extremely helpful, she navigated the rental Car process flawlessly which eliminated additional stress as I was traveling from out of town to have my vehicle repaired. Red Noland Collision Center was highly recommended by the Lexus Dealership and they did not disappoint!! Hopefully I won’t need accident repairs in the future but most definitely will have all work done here, if needed.

Nicki was with you for4 months and I just got her back 18 May. She looked like she had just come off the show room floor. I appreciate the rides from Josh and Dale on drop off and pickup.
