Very disappointed in work quality and overall experience

Car when originally picked up had what appear to be trash in the pair. New grill installed had a deep scratch. Car was brought back for repairs to original work. Shop tried to buff out the spots which now results in spots where white primer is exposed. Scratch on the grill appears to be bufffed but the scratch is still there. Shop told me a new grill had been ordered. During the work the bumper cover has a chip which is through the paint.

it was a job well done and i was appreciative of the updates given twice a week! despite the snow storm we had, my estimated pickup was feb 3rd and i got my vehicle back feb 6th and i couldn’t be happier!!

Red River Collision is a really good company. The people were really nice. They immediately checked my car in and got to work on it. The thing i liked the most is keeping me informed on the status of my vehicle. They also did an extremely good job on repairs. Everything looks just as good as before. It took way longer for the repairs to be complete, which cost me a lot of out of pocket for rental and the least they could have done is waive the $500 deductible. I still have to bring it back as they missed a couple of places
