My Experience

Hey there! My repair is awesome, and the customer service was amazing. One quick thing I wanted to note, however, is that my active park assist is not properly working now. I know it relies on the back sensors, so could something have been thrown off by fixing the rear bumper? Thank you!

Get the repair done on time as told.

I had two small dents on passenger side that were not there previously. The drivers side intelligent access isn't working to unlock the doors and I didn't have this problem prior to my car being in the shop. In the grand scheme of things these are small problems but the lock is a big inconvenience and the car looked good.

Exceptional customer service. Awesome repair and detail of outside of vehicle. Thank you so much!

My Experience

They went above and beyond my expectations. I felt like they treated my car as if it were their own car. On a scale of 1 to ten, I would give them an eleven. Everybody at Randy Reed Collision Center was extremely friendly and helpful. I felt completely as ease as well as excited to follow my cars progress daily by online pictures. Bill explained everything to us and walked us thru every step. I hope I never need a collision center again, but if I do I will not hesitate to send my car to Randy Reed. When I got my car back I was pleasantly surprised to see not only was my car clean on the outside but they went an extra step and vacuumed the inside of my car and shined up my tires. I couldn't be more satisfied or impressed. The thank you chocolate bar at the end was a nice treat too!!

The Geico rep did an outstanding job explaining everything to me. Randy Reed techs total fixed and blended the blemishes caused by the accident.

My Experience

I would have liked someone to walk me through all the repairs that were done when I picked my car up. Instead, they just gave me my keys & said "bye". Also, when I dropped my car off it had over 3/4 of a tank of gas but when I picked it up it was down to a 1/4 tank. There is no reason the tech needed that much fuel to fix a door.
