I was told Reed did not give rides to Enterprise. I called Enterprise and waited. 20 minutes later still no ride. Another customer walks in and says he needs a ride to Enterprise and was told no problem because he would have to wait forever for them to pick him up. 30 minutes later I’m still waiting when I watch the same guy getting into a car from Reed. I walked over and said I also needed a ride. He said ok and then watched me carry everything I needed out of my car. Either offer this service to everyone or nobody.

Enjoyed working with the Reed Collision Team. Surprised the vacuumed out the inside and washed the outside. The damaged area looks brand new. I would not hesitate to use RC again and would recommend them to anyone in need of body work.
