Poor communication. The hood does not fit and needs to be replaced. Can stand on the drivers side and look out thru the from grill (with hood closed and latched).

I am not impressed with the work that was done to my car. The outside paint job had to be fixed 4 times because your people chose not to do their job the first time and the only reason the scratches got fixed is because I called my insurance and they called an adjuster to come out. The inside of the car was extremely dirty from people grabbing it with their greasy hands.The sun visor latch was broken. The headliner wasn't put in properly. This is supposed to be a select service and there shouldn't be any problems. Your people should be professional at their work and they were not. I have had nothing but problems and will no longer be a customer with Reed Chevy.

I have always been treat with great customer service. I notice everything around me including people I interact act with. The service guys at counter always give up most professionalism . I feel that they are trustworthy. Cause you have to be cautious

It wasn’t the quality of repairs. It was the month & half that had to wait to get fix. Had to drive new car around wreck for month half. Other than that I have no complaints. Every one is always so professional
