When we worked with the estimator it was great but we're not kept in the loop about the repairs I had to call them. Then when I picked up the car I was not told that and extra fee would be applied to my charge card. If I'd known that I would have paid by check or cash I feel he should have informed us of the charge. I will be letting State farm know this. I really feel we should have been given an option

If they could correct the panel gap issues and And makes a fit and finish a little bit better. I would have put a 10! But other than that yes I would recommend this shop to family and friends.

I give a 7 out of 10 because the work was done quickly and the repainted front bumper looks really good. But the only complaint I have is the panel gap all over the front end is really off. Fenders, hood, bumper and all of it there are gaps that are really big and some that are so tight. The fit and finish could be better on that part but other than that it looks good.

Any questions I had, there was always someone there to help me. They even allowed me to go on the lot to get my sunglasses out of my car when it was already up there!

The quality of repair was very good. The attention to detail is by far the best I’ve seen. They also detailed my entire car which was a pleasant surprise and no small feat. I am very satisfied with the repairs that Reed Chevrolet did.

These guys are awesome. I have had to use them on a couple of occasions. They are masters at mixing paint to blend and look just like the original. They fixed my bumper and my fog light and then on top of that they cleaned my car on the outside to where it looks like it's been detailed. Awesome job guys.
