This is the second time Reed Collision has worked on my Jeep. This time, it was hit while parked. The staff was friendly, easy to work with, and helpful when providing me with an accurate damage assessment. They did outstanding work and washed and detailed my Jeep before returning it. They did an excellent job repairing it. While I am not planning on having more car accidents, I will not go anywhere else if I do.

The outside repairs were fine, but the way they left the inside all dusty from the sanding is going on everywhere in there inside was covered with dust. I said something to the lady at the desk because nobody walked out with me for some reason she came out with a rag tried to wipe it. I said forget it I’ll get it so I left. I don’t think I will be using you guys again nor purchasing anything from you guys.

The service was wonderful. They answered any questions and kept me updated. But when I got it back the car is making a clicking sound and the windshield is cracked. Idk if it happens there or what.
