My vehicle was backed into “something” breaking a tail light by an employee. No apology was offered and the paint job is flawed in several places and has runs in the paint the sticker has overspray and stress marks from being stretched. Every employee has been rude. The job that was supposed to be done was not done as they admitted they simply forgot only to tell me that my request of leveling my front bumper up was nearly impossible. I was told by Troy Rogers outright told me he didn’t intend to listen or pay attention to what my requests were and by the work that was done and not done it is obvious they don’t. I regret selecting Reeley’s and I will not to business with them again in the future.

So far so good! I’m waiting to wax the truck after the recommendation that I give it three weeks, but I couldn’t be happier about the level of detail and professionalism. This is an excellent body shop and I would visit them again.

I appreciated all the updates on my truck. From walking in the front door, the entire staff was friendly and professional. The shop did an AMAZING job on my repair. If I ever need to have another repair, Reeley’s is where I will go!!!
