With the suggestion to know what needs to be done, ask lots of questions, and look the vehicle over before leaving after the repair.

Most of the repair was excellent, however the front end holds a tow plate electrical receptical very low in the center below the liscense plate that had been bent back into the interior of the bod by the collision. We could still access the plug and needed to get on our way because of appointments we had in Iowa so departed Cabot before having that bend addressed. We can pull the plug back into place where it belongs, but the hole they cut in the new bumper grate will have to be re-cut to accommodate the original position and the hole you cut will be in the wrong place and not repairable. Not sure how we will fix this yet.
