End result seems to be excellent in spite of delay and use of after market parts.

I am not happy that you used after market parts instead of original equipment parts. Otherwise, the repairs appear to be excellent.

Took longer than expected. I had an appointment and was told parts would be ordered and on hand when I brought car in. When I called after I dropped off vehicle to inquire status I was told parts came in damaged and had to be reorder. I'm sure parts occasionally get damaged, but it is important to understand that I considered that the necessary parts were NOT ordered when I made appointment but rather only ordered when I actually dropped off vehicle.
