First off the day I was scheduled to drop it off, I went in and I guess they forgot to order my bumper and I already had a rental set up so I had to get that changed. THEN, when I went to pick up my car my seat was broke, not the way I dropped it off. When I called less than an hour after I picked it up to let them know they told me to bring it back up there. So I did and when I got there all he said was he would talk to the other guys and that they can't replace a airbag seat. That's not the
