The work done was beautiful, and it basically looked brand new. The communication was great. The only issue I could see was I noticed a $150 towing fee was charged after I got the car back and checked the final notice. The day I brought it in, I drove the car to the shop and walked a mile back to my other vehicle. There was no tow involved. In the grand scheme of things, $150 is not a lot. But it’s a Schmidge dishonest, and I think I deserved to have it refunded out of the $500 I paid for the deductible. Other than that, great experience. Everyone was kind and helpful each time we spoke.
