I got a big surprise when I picked up my car. Reflections had vacuumed and cleaned up my whole car!!!!!! Trust me, it was yucky when I dropped it off. So, I was both surprised and ecstatic over Reflections little bonus.

I waited over a month to get into the shop. Then it was a month for them to do the repairs. I never got an update on progress. I had to call. I was told a completed date but then was told it wasn't done. Had to wait over more than a weekend more.

The front desk/offices were friendly and helpful. In the three week it took for the repair, we were never contacted even when we called for update and were told that someone would call us later in the week. All updates we received were because we call to check.
