Interior of the car was slightly damaged. The door panel(grill area) was scratched and the center console on the passenger side was scuffed/scratched in the process of replacing the passenger door and rocker panel. The driver floor mat was mid placed and found in the shop. The other carpet floor mat was found in the trunk. A airbag sensor went on after picking up the car. Had to go back to shop so they could reset airbag. Being late on a Friday they did fix/reset sensor but in a rush left the door a greasy and dirty. The personnel at Reflections were very helpful in looking to remedy the situation and found missing mat in shop. The scuffs I don’t think can be repaired so we will accept those as they are. The body work and paint job work looks great. Excellent workmanship. Reflections teams willingness to make things right and attention to customer I rate them a (10). Things happen. I am a repeat customer and will continue to support my local body shop.
