Multiple problems. We have called and complained- at first one problem was rectified and we were compensated. When problem happened again all we got was an apology. I don't want an apology for an hour+ of wasted time.

Already discussed this with Kurt. Final quality control missed a couple of minor items . Didn't affect the overall job results, but raised some questions about the rest of the work. However, from what I can see and how the vehicle feels on the road, I believe the job was done well.
