My car was there for over 3 months. During that time I was 5 times saying that the repairs were complete and each time the repairs were not complete. My car was thrown together and the workmanship was horrible and Shawn expected me to accept my car in worse shape than when I gave it to him. The parts weren’t put in properly, the lines didn’t line up, the pin stripes weren’t put back on, the doors weren’t aligned, the hood wasn’t centered, and the bottom of the frame wasn’t installed correctly. Each time my husband or myself spoke to Shawn or David they gave nothing but excuses. David was rude, unprofessional, and just nasty. My car was there for over three months due to his staffs poor work and he spoke to me as if I was the cause of the issues, he was extremely rude.

Customer service was good. I have had a couple issues with the repair side. For some reason I had an issue with my driver door rain guard where window would catch as it went up. Someone just pointed out yesterday that I have exposed wiring harness on door that was repaired.
