The bumper looked great but there were new chips on hood that weren’t there when I dropped the car off. I tried to address this when I picked up the car. I had to get the insurance company to come out who agreed with me that the pics sent from Remes clearly show no chips on car when dropped off and the chips sleeve visible on the pics when picked up. I don’t think it was intentional, but frustrating that it wasn’t taken care of. Insurance company told me that Remes would take care of it after talking to them however I still ha ent heard from anyone.
