About 2 yrs. ago, REMES repaired some damage to my car. It was a medium size job (~5k) and they did an excellent job. This time, the repair was small (<$0.5k), and the overall work was good. Unfortunately, they dropped the ball in ordering parts, letting me know when the parts were in, when I could bring the car in, when it could be picked up, etc. I appreciate Chuck’s call to me, and his honesty and candor on where things went off track. Hopefully, this is a one-off situation.
