The integrity of Remes- Chuck and Carol are so valuable and I appreciate so much - a friend introduced me to Temes years ago. His honesty - practicality I treasure deeply. I am so grateful for Chucks role in helping me to get my car fixed- if he didn’t asked about the car condition when I had the insulation, I would not have real I realized that my car sustained damage -as time matters. I feel like I have a new car when I picked it up- smooth driving clean inside out. A ride that Chuck gave me home and then a staff yo pick me up? Unheard of in today’s world. Remes Auto Body has always been this good since I started using them long ago. Chuck Basel who does the damage inspection is thorough, reasonable and expeditious with pleasant demeanor. Other workers are also nice. However, the woman in the office needs a little courtesy, otherwise, the service would have been a 10.

First consultant thought a fill in of paint would be enough but when I picked up the car it wasn't what I wanted. So the other consultant saw that and didn't charge me extra for the that work. Did the more extensive repair an it looked great.
