In the last few years I have had 3 experiences using body shops, Renew is the very best- in every way.

Renew made a distressing situation better, by taking care of every detail in a smooth way, including updating with texts explaining progress being made. They are definitely my choice for any future need- though I hope none are necessary! Extra tidbit, a very nice young worker took me to Enterprise to pick up the rental so I would not have to wait for their driver.

Ya did an awesome job on my car I was so happy my car got fix but the other light on the passenger side wasn't as bright as the one on the driver side but that's ok I still say ya did a good job thank ya so much

Work looks great. My only complaint was Renew working with me to allow me to drop off my truck a few days early when I was going out of town. But other than that everyone was great.

overall I am really satisfied with the work. There were two items I needed to discuss. One were a couple spots on the hood and one in particular that needs to be buffed and touched up. The second was the hood seems to be off and the gaps on either side are not equal and the hood needed a significant force to lock in place. However, I discussed these with someone on site amd they are talking the vehicle back in to address my concerns. Thank you.

There were some noticeable imperfections on the hood. When I brought the vehicle back the gentleman saw them right way and I pointed out the gap on either side of the hood were not uniform. The good thing is your team was quick to respond and work out the issues. I got it back and the hood was much better but I found that the hood was not latching properly and upon closer inspection the latch was damaged. Brought it back a second time and confirmed a new latch would be needed. I kept the rating high because of the response and standing by the work. (wanting to make it right). However, I was disappointed with these items not being found during the inspection of the work before the vehicle was released to me.

Would probably tell the friend that they may have stuff scattered around when they get it back if the shop used it. Probably won’t put it back.

The repair and everything was great. Very responsive and communicative. I was not pleased that when I opened my trunk, apparently they used my spare tire for some reason and just threw everything back in everywhere. I know it was nice and clean when I dropped it off. To not take the extra 5 minutes to put everything back was really annoying.
