I appreciated the communication from Renew. I was told when and how they were going to communicate with me about the progress of my repairs and they followed through with the communication. Also, when I picked up my car, not only had the repaired it, but they cleaned it up! Felt like I was driving a new car off the lot. It’s that extra special touch that made me feel good about using Renew…would recommend! 10 out of 10!!
