It was a pleasure working with the staff at Renew. The staff is very friendly and Daniel did a great job with the estimate. He also took notice that I didn’t have a rental car, so he was able to make this a speedy process so I was not without wheels for too long! Will refer in the future and bringing my car needs here!

The floors on the car still smell like chemicals used during the painting process. They should have used a floor mat to cover the automobile carpet, also they left a substantial amount of white powder and stains on the vehicle, but I took it back and they removed and polished the affected area. Also the secretary never greeted me when I arrived on several occasions. Overall they provided professional service. I hope that the repairs done last.

Daniel with ReNew was extremely helpful and courteous. The initial time frame for my repairs was two weeks, and they were done in one. I am very happy with the work that was done. Hopefully, I won't need any repairs any time soon, but I would definitely use ReNew again.

There was white paint overspray on my windshield wipers and the black plastic around my windshield. Additionally, my front passenger mirror (glass part) is loose! Not happy
