We are a family owned, Christian business serving the community for over 20 years. Located at 6605 York Rd in between Hanover and Spring Grove, our main services involve but are not limited to insurance collision repair and general body repairs on passenger vehicles. In addition we also perform custom refinishing, automotive fabrication, wheel alignments, frame measuring/straightening, and light mechanical operations. At this point absolutely not but like I've explained previously the truck is going back and they have promised to make it right this time around. I am understanding things happen and sometimes need addressed but we will have to see the results.

Currently very dissapointed. Truck is in worse condition now than prior to resuwrecktion touching the truck. Spoke with service manager and am currently waiting to take the Truck back for proper repairs which he has agreed upon. However my trust is in a service manager that told me he will let blemishes go in thier quality of work on a truck this age which required unreasonable action from myself before he would acknowledge his shortcomings. Its a 2012 tundra with 80000 miles valued at $30,000+ we are talking about.. its just another truck to him but to me its my pride and joy.. I explained my disapproval of this as I paid to have it repaired the same as a brand new vehicle and he agreed and hopefully the second time around will be totally different. We will see and I will report accordingly with more detail next time but hopefully i can give them a 10.

ResuWrecktion is amazing! They took fantastic care of my daughters car from the initial estimate through the whole repair process and out the door! They communicated thoroughly and they kept her and I informed along the way. Their attention to timeliness, detail and efficiency was impeccable, which we have not found at most shops in the area. The office manager and owner both greeted us and took the time to hear our concerns when we first entered the facility. She was so nervous about her accident , but they assured her it would be in good hands and it certainly was. We will be recommending this shop often!
