As a retired shop owner/operator for over 40 years here on Maui… I thoroughly understand the problems that they run into… I give them a top rating !!

Their work is good… But they failed to order a complete list of parts (the glass is missing for the driver’s side rear.view assembly, but the supplier failed to tell them that it needed a separate part number to be a complete assembly!) So the car availability is now delayed another week !! I’ll bet that particular mirror problem won’t happen again for them!!

Great Except my time is just as valuable as theirs is, and I wish that they would answer the phone when I have to call, or at least call me back in a timely manner when they see who it is and that I have a reasonable request for information.
