Really really friendly staff. They made me feel taken cared of right when I reached out to them. My car looks fantastic, although my grill is still on back order, it looks like I’ve never been in an accident and thats what’s expected of a car shop but the friendly staff is what sets them apart and is going to bring back clients!

I feel safe w my car in their hands which is all that matters. They’re very friendly and definitely have the spirit of Aloha that I wished more car shops had! So thankful Statefarm is affiliated with them.

Very very friendly staff! They got me in for an estimate the day I reached out to them which is amazing. I did however minus one point only because it was several months until I received an update and I called them around 3x (1 per month) and left messages but no call back until I reached out to my insurance. I’ve worked w other shops before and they were excellent at communicating and returning my calls so I was a little worried at first. Once I received a call back from Revolution, they too became excellent with communicating about why it’s been a long time regarding parts and answering the questions I had left on the voicemail. Although my car isn’t complete yet they were kind enough to do what they can and release the car to me for now. When picking up my car, staff greeted me with a smile and again very very friendly staff. My car looks fantastic despite waiting for my grills, definitely a shop that people will return to because of their work and just for the friendly staff alone!
